An MPACT-ful Venue!
Available to the Public and WAR Members for your Public Performance or Presentation Needs!

MPACT, audience view

MPACT Venue Rental can include:

stage with lighting and sound; dressing room & "green room" with small private bathroom; ticket booth & coatroom; concession stand and additional merchandise table, backstage entrance & parking to load and unload equipment, 3 guest restrooms and public parking.

Maplestreet Performing Arts Center &Theater houses a large stage measuring 30x20 ft, with an audience capacity of 80+ people. The spacious stage and high ceilings can accommodate an 18-strong dance team with flags and pageantry, and can also be transformed into an intimate solo or small group performance space with the use of our stage backdrops. 

The movable audience chairs can also be repositioned for a variety of presentation set ups.

Whether you are serving snacks and sodas, or setting up a dessert bar, our attractive Concessions Stand provides a 10 ft counter, space for a cooler and plenty of cabinets for storage. Its audience-friendly location can also serve as a merchandise counter.

(We regret that MPACT is not conducive for hot food service or dinner events. Our family-friendly atmosphere is also not conducive for serving or selling hard liquor or excessive alcohol.)

Reasonable Rental Rates

Our goal is to keep rental rates affordable so that RI's first Black Owned and Operated Performing Arts Center is accessible to diverse budgets, and welcoming to all who desire to promote our reputation as a wholesome, family-friendly environment for performances, showcases, book signings, workshops, religious services, health & wellness and other events appropriate to a cultural arts center.  We do not encourage events focused on dining and meal service at this time. We welcome your inquiries! Email for more information or to set up a time to  tour our facility and discuss how we can serve your venue needs.

Hourly Rate = $100

Use of Sound and Lighting = $50/hr

Full Day Rate (10+ hours = $1000

Additional Fees:

Staffing = $20/hr

Late Night Use (past 11pm) =$40/hr

W.A.R. Member Discounts! 
If you are a Member of Worship Arts Restoration and current with your annual dues, you are entitled to a 50%  discount on hourly and full day rates!
