An MPACT-ful Venue!
Available to our WAR Members and Affiliates for your Public Performance or Presentation Needs!
Maplestreet Performing Arts Center &Theater houses a large stage measuring 20x25 ft, with an audience capacity of up to 100 people. The spacious stage and high ceilings can accommodate a large dance team with flags and pageantry, and can also be transformed into an intimate solo or small group performance space with the use of our stage backdrops.
The movable audience chairs can also be repositioned for a variety of presentation set ups.
MPACT Full Theater Venue Rental includes:
stage with lighting and sound system; dressing room & "green room" with small private bathroom; ticket booth with additional merchandise table; concession stand; backstage entrance & parking to load and unload equipment, a public fully handicap accessible restroom, with Wellness Room, and public parking.
Our large 12X10ft Movie Screen is available for multi-media performance work and film screenings, as well as for hosting a "Movie Night."
Whether you are serving snacks and sodas, or setting up a dessert bar, our attractive Concessions Stand provides a 10 ft counter, a small refrigerator and plenty of cabinets for storage. Its audience-friendly location can also serve as a merchandise counter.
(Please note:Our family-friendly atmosphere is also not conducive for serving hard liquor or excessive alcohol.)

Reasonable Rental Rates
& WAR Member Discounts!
Our goal is to keep rental rates affordable so that RI's only Christian faith-based, culturally diverse Performing Arts Center is accessible to diverse budgets, and welcoming to all who desire to promote our reputation as a wholesome, family-friendly environment. For ALL Current WAR Members, we waive the Staffing fees! And for our MONTHLY DONORS, we waive the venue fee altogether! YES, if you are a Monthly Donor of at least $10/month, you can host a public event at MPACT, virtually free of charge! ** You are faithfully investing in WAR, so we want to invest in you! Full Theater Rate = $125/hr
General Event Rate =$100/hr
(Lighting System and Projector not included)
Additional Fees:
Staffing = $25/hr
Late Night Use (past 11pm) =$40/hr
